In its 75th year, the NHS got its much hailed Long Term Workforce Plan, and there is much to welcome in it. But from regulatory reform to capping legal costs, there are glaring medico-legal issues facing the NHS workforce that need addressing if the ambitions set out in this plan are to be realised.

The MDU prides itself on being an unapologetic champion of its members, actively promoting your interests and seeking to influence positive change for healthcare professionals.

And in order to help make this plan a reality, we're campaigning hard to make sure the government has its own plan to tackle these crucial issues.
