Getting it right when things go wrong

Future dates for this course will be announced.

This is a full-day virtual course.

You never know how a clinical incident might develop. Innocuous incidents can spiral out of control unexpectedly, even if you weren't aware that it didn't go well for the patient.

This interactive course for GPs and practice managers highlights the processes and investigations that can arise from a single clinical incident, as well as how to get it right when things go wrong.

It explores a fictional scenario involving an incident at a practice in England, although we can address any specific differences for doctors and practices in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

There will be a mix of presentations, discussions and group work, with active attendee participation.
