4. Access to Red Whale Knowledge is only available to F2 members between 00:01 on 1 August 2024 and 23:59 on 31 July 2025.
5. To access Red Whale Knowledge, you will need a unique code which is single use and cannot be transferred. It can be found by logging into My membership.
6. Access to Red Whale Knowledge is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

8. The MDU reserves the right to replace the offer with an alternative offer of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the MDUs control makes it necessary to do so.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the MDU, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate users or accept any liability for any loss damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer where it is caused by the negligence of the MDU, its agents or distributors of that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14. These terms and conditions and this offer are governed by English law. If users of this promotion with to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of the United Kingdom.
