Professional Services Feedback prize draw

1. These terms and conditions relate to the Professional Services Feedback survey prize draw.
2. The prize draw is to win an Amazon Echo.
3. The prize draw is open to all members who complete the Professional Services Feedback survey.
4. To enter the prize draw, you need to complete the Professional Services feedback survey and indicate you wish to be entered into the prize draw. No other forms of entry will be accepted.
5. Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these rules. 
6. Your personal information will be used to let you know if you are the prize draw winner.
7. No purchase is necessary.
8. The prize draw closes at midnight on 31 December 2024. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw. 
9. No responsibility will be accepted for any updates that have not been recorded.
10. Only one entry per individual.
11. The winner will be selected at random. 
12. The MDU will notify the winner by email within 30 days of the closing date and any unclaimed prizes will lapse if not claimed within 2 months.
13. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
14. The name of the winner is available on request unless permission has been withheld.
15. The MDU reserves the right to change the prize to something else of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash will be awarded.
16. The MDU reserves the right to withdraw the promotion without notice.

18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
