Red Whale GP Trainee Essentials survey

1. These terms and conditions apply to the Red Whale GP Trainee Essentials survey (administrated the MDU) prize draw open to all MDU members who have received a GP Trainee Essentials support package voucher code.
2. The prize is five £40 John Lewis e-gift cards. A maximum of one e-gift card can be won per person.
3. To enter the prize draw, the survey must be completed, and contact details must be provided where prompted. No other forms of entry will be accepted and only one entry per individual is permitted.
4. The survey runs between 31 January 2025 and closes midnight 21 February 2025.
5. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries.
6. The winner will be randomly selected and contacted within two weeks of the prize draw closing.
7. The name of the winner will be available on request unless permission has been withheld. To object, email marketing@themdu.com at the time of entry.
8. The MDU reserves the right to change the prize to something else of equivalent value. The prize is non-transferable and no cash will be awarded.
9. The MDU reserves the right to withdraw this prize draw without notice.
10. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any other requirements set out in any promotional material relating to this prize draw.
11. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with John Lewis Partnership.
13. The information received from you will be treated in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy.
